From the rolling hills of the foothills of the Alps, this Italian Petilant Naturel brings all we love about this style of wine: aromatic, refreshing and crushable.

On the nose you will find aromas of freshly cut white flowers and limestone, alongside wisps of fresh grapefruit peel and the pit of the peach. The palate is bright with fresh citrus fruit and minerals balanced by mouth watering acidity.

This Pet Nat starts its fermentation in stainless steel vats. Then before finishing, the juice is transferred to the bottle with a bit more yeast, then capped to produce the bubbles.

Drink cold and before enjoying make sure to incorporate all the sediment in the bottle with the rest of the juice, which improves the texture and gives the wine a distinctive cloudiness that captures light beautifully.

Pairs well with shrimp agua chile with avocado, cilantro and crushed peanuts.
