Santiago Salgado's original concept, one of the few he makes year after year. He ferments this wine on the skins and stems until dry.

The result is a cloudy yellow-orange that you can barely see through. It smells of white flowers, peach, and fresh apricot, as well as rhubarb, celery, and herbs.

On the palate, the wines has flavors of peach, apricot, and mint, with a slightly cidery complexion.

The finish is excellent and lasts forever!
