Grus is one our favorite bottles at Grand Cata. A blend of Syrah, Garnacha, Petite Syrah and Petit Verdot combines the power of the fruit with the elegance that brings the high altitude and cool breeze of the Elqui Valley. Fermented in concrete tank this is a bottle to enjoy by it self or food, with friends or just looking at the starts. Grus is named after the southern constellation of the crane. Elqui valley is home of many astronomic observatory because of its clear skies.
